By accessing or using Finesse Intel (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. The Service

Finesse Intel aggregates publicly available RSS feeds, posts from public X (Twitter) accounts, and other web sources, and uses large language models to generate summaries, ratings, and audio briefings. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Third-Party Content & Citations

All article titles, source links, author attributions, X handles, and post URLs displayed in the Service are pulled from third-party publishers and platforms and are shown for the purpose of identification, attribution, and linking back to the original source. Finesse Intel does not claim ownership of any third-party content. All trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of their respective owners. Use of a name or handle does not imply endorsement.

AI-generated summaries are transformative commentary based on publicly available material and are intended to fall within fair use / fair dealing principles. We link to the original source on every item so that you can read the full work in context. If you are a rights holder and believe content has been used improperly, see the Takedown section below.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

No scraping, reselling, or redistribution of the Service or its outputs at scale.
No use of the Service to harass, defame, or infringe on the rights of others.
No attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
No use of the Service to train competing AI models without written permission.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated summaries, ratings, and briefings may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or outdated. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, financial, medical, or engineering advice. Always verify against the cited source before acting.

7. No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINESSE INTEL, ITS OPERATORS, AND CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finesse Intel from any claim arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. DMCA / Takedown

We respect intellectual property. If you believe content displayed in the Service infringes your rights, email legal@finesseintel.com with: (a) identification of the work, (b) the URL of the item in the Service, (c) your contact info, (d) a good-faith statement, and (e) your signature. We will remove or disable access to the material in question within a reasonable time.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
